expedite request with California service center
has anyone been able to successfully expedite their case at the california service center? if so how long did it take to hear back? or under what reason? i submitted a request today to expedite ead based on financial hardship of wife being pregnant & unable to work and rent increase, through emma. was told to lookout for emails in case they require proof. my case is outside of processing time. thanks for any input.
update: denied after 1 hour

what kind of proof do u have to send if they ask for it? I’m asking I requested expedite for the same reason but I don’t have anything besides the ultrasound pictures which I already uploaded to my account

@.. i tried the erequest it said the case is still undergoing security checks which doesnt make sense as it is tps related ead and the tps has been approved for 2 months now. i doubt they would approve tps if there was a security factor still being checked

@gods they didnt ask for proof I actually just got a denial email stating it is not an urgent reason

@ss wow these people are not humans. and when u apply for government help then they will use it against u as public charge but u was trying and willing to get a job they refuse to give people the opportunity to provide for themselves

it is so sad that we can not work. i am still waiting for my EAD it has been a year now. based on pending AOS
