I recently checked my case, and the processing time went from 6 months to 4 months in a day, so all depends how fast they are processing the case. do you check your processing time?, and since when have you been actively on review. by the way my case is in Texas so it may vary from service center to another.

this is what I have for form i130: Estimated time until case decision: Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You do not need to take any action at this time. my PD is November 2021 California

Last week said 4 weeks until they make a decision, yesterday was 2 weeks but I think after those 2 weeks is going to be taking longer.... I don't think is accurate in California

There are 2 accounts with 1 week on their estimations in another post. They're keeping us updated to see if it is accurate. What we know so far is that the time does indeed countdown as expected, it isn't frozen. They should be done by this Friday/Monday next week.

@jose Cuéllar-tienes que ir a la página de uscis, cuando ingrese tu información de acceso, a donde te da el estatus del caso alado ahí una opción que dice tiempo de procésesamiento si le das clic te dice el tiempo estimado que le falta a tu caso. si quieres. escríbeme a mi correo Daniel.rodrgz15@gmail.com y te paso me número por ahí para ayudarte. estamos en esto junto

guys when you checking processing times what to choose to check National benefits center? can’t find it there

@alena you have to login into your USCIS. account once you login in you go to the pull-down menu and click until you find processing times, this will give you an estimated time until your decision, keep in mind it could tele lees or more time as it’s only an estimated time.

mine went from 3 weeks down to 2 weeks and now it says 1 week so I will update next week.

Yea, everyone's changes to "it's taking longer to process your case." We have confirmed the estimates aren't accurate from USCIS and from testing people who had short estimates. Hopefully they do get this implemented accurately as this unknown waiting time is the worst.
