so I spoke to Emma today told me that my case is in California service center and all this time I was thinking it was Texas center. although its not a lot of difference in time still its a lot. this is frustrating

Anyone with December 14, 2022 PD? California Service Center
My case was received on December 20th, 2022 and it shows it’s being actively reviewed as of that date, it has not changed ever since and it’s been 6 months. No additional information requested nor biometrics exam. When I filed I-130 it was current in the visa bulletin but my category changed to “Nov 2018” a few months ago. So I’m wondering if it will take years to be current again and I will get approved until around 2027 (which is a prediction date a lot of websites give me) or if there’s a chance we can get approved even if our PD is not current.

My case was transferred from California to the National Benefit Centre after one year of waiting, that’s February 21, 2023.

I’m confused.Where do I send my AOS package since I’m living in California?I’m confused because these forms (I-485, I-765 e I-131 ) has a different PO Box for each one.

I-130 approved after nearly a year
my initial letter said it was at Texas service center. my approval letter came from California service center. Not sure exactly why it's like that but wanted to let others know who are around the same timeframe as me
I'm about to go through the consular processing which looks like will take 9 months

i-130 approved but we have to file I-824
Hey Guys,
i-130 Form PD: 02 April 2022. California Service Center - Submitted online (IOE).
First Active Review 5 May 2023.
Second Active Review 10 May 2023
We got approved on 11 May 2023.
but we saw the approval notice in the documents tab that we have to file I-824 form because of a mistake we have done in the form. We filled both adjustment of status and consular processing in the i-130.
Has anyone done this before and how much longer do we have to wait for the I-824 to be processed and then sent to NVC?

I-130 my younger sister she apply me i-130 and and the case was received February 10 2010 and notice date is October 7th 2010 and priority date Feb 4 2010 and and it's been 13.2 years so when I go to USCIS page and put my receipt number it shows is it is on my local office California and I receive only I-797c and I-797notice of action and that's it nothing else
