Processing time at the National Benefit Center
My case was transferred from California to the National Benefit Centre after one year of waiting, that’s February 21, 2023.
NBC processing time is not listed. how can I tell when to submit an enquiry?

they take a while, my parent’s case got approved after the 15th months mark in April (about similar number of days as your case here) - it was saying that the field office was NBC on the receipt however the approval letter said Texas S.C
