online uploading
I just opened my uscis profile and I saw in the uploads tab that they only uploaded one of the reasons why im applying for advanced parole. my question is can I upload some files to add up as a proof? or do I just leave it like that? im pretty sure they saw everything already cause they said that im on biometric reuse already. its been a month already, planning to go home this december do you think i will get an answer before that? california based.

I'm hoping from an answer by the end of the year or the beginning of the next one but it honestly feels like an eternity! My case is in California since October 2022. I heard it's taking a long time but I hope to hear good news soon.

Received NVC Welcome Letter in email !
Today we (myself, my spouse, and lawyer) received email from NVC stating that our case was created. The email has a case number and invoice ID number.
We were pleasantly surprised that we received the letter this quickly since our petition was approved last week and today the status was changed to "Case was sent to department of state"

i130 - Standalone approved after 11 months - California Service Center
Yesterday our case went into second active review and I checked under the documents section on my uscics account to find the i30 approval.
I am filing as a US Citizen for spouse overseas. My priority date was August 19, 2022. First active review was August 24, 2022. And second active review was yesterday. Our case was in California Service Center. Before the approval, for past three months, my case was saying "It is taking longer than expected".
If anyone have a similar situation or have any questions, please feel free to comment here. People in this community have been really helpful and if I can help any way that will be great.
Now off to NVC processing.

I-360 As A Widow
I filed I360 as “a widow” along with I485 and I765. Do all of I360 applications need to be processed at Vermont Center?
My applications initially went to National Benefit Center in Missouri. I am getting conflicting information of where about my applications are currently.
Previously, I was told all of my applications were still in National Benefit Center and an officer from Boston office is reviewing them electronically.
Now today I was told all of my applications are physically at Boston office.
I don’t know what to believe. I haven’t gotten any update. Can any field office or National benefit center process my I360 there, not California, Vermont, or Nebraska Center?
Do I need to worry about my I360
since my application is not in any of those particular centers? Do I get any update that my applications were moved to Boston?
Please give me insights and some encouragement!
Thank you!

Approved PD July 27, 2022
I received my approval letter this morning! Approval was received from California service center and we were not notified of the change.
Although this process is not yet over for me, I am happy that I’ve made it past the first big hurdle.
Good luck to everyone and your time will come soon! #130#nebraska#california#spouse#uscitizen

Something weird with my case
My I-485 was filed 3months ago and it was in NBC all along, today I contacted emma agent and they said my case moved to field office in Brooklyn which is very weird since I am residing in California so what Brooklyn field office has to do anything with my case even if they are planning to schedule me for an interview ☹️☹️☹️
Had anyone else also face the same situation? is it a good thing that the case is transferred to field office from NBC? or it’s going to take now even longer.

I-751 Expedite
I expedited my I-751 application; I called uscis customer and expedited my request based on the humanitarian category; my case status doesn't change. It still shows the case was actively reviewing by uscis, so how long does it take to get a response from uscis?
