Finally Approved 🎊
What a journey, definitely was a stressful one. All I can say after 600 days of waiting and jumping hoops Al Hamdulelah I finally got approved. sharing my time line and positivity to everyone still waiting. i will answer any questions regarding my journey. @faith in God 🥲 Thank you 🙏 Case got Admin closed and had to submit a motion to reopen, Yep toke a whole year after to get approved 😅

@John RICHARDS Married for a little bit over 2 years. FO : Santa Ana, California. Admin closed due to lack of previous processding final closure. I had a pending case with Immigration court that was not completly closed, that means court ( Judge) still have jurisdiction over my case and USCIS office can’t have a decision unless they have jurisdiction. I filed a motion to court got my case closed. by the time i got a document USCIS admin closed my case , so i had to file another motion to reopen with USCIS which toke almost a year🤦🏻‍♂️
