Received Wrong Item in our mail
We sent our concurrent petition two weeks ago, to Phoenix lockbox, last week they sent us mail returning "Articles of Clothing" that we never sent. They haven't sent email/text receipt acknowledging to have received our petition. Not sure how to reach USCIS, sent an email to lockbox support, they're yet to respond. The situation has caused some panic in our household, it's weird. How best can we approach such a situation to know if our petition has atleast been received? Thank you!

not sure which center my case went to. Receipt number starts with IOE. USCIS account shows estimated processing time of 3 more months. anyone know how accurate that is.

Hi everyone. We are so worried.We sent our evidence since 1 week by mail and we haven't received any notifications and we almost get our date for request(October 19th)...We don't know if It's normal or if they could send us at least a notificacion saying "we recivied you evidence,just wait for our response" 😣...any experience to share?
