I-485 (New card is being produced)
Do you guys how long usually takes for USCIS to send the card and it to get delivered after case status being update to NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED?
Case details below:
I'm located in Virginia, I-485 application was filled to Texas Service Center.
Concurrent filing with I-140 (EB3-1).
Priority Date: 08/18/2020
Filing date: 05/26/2021
Biometrics: 10/14/2021
I-140 converted to premium processing: 7/20/2022
I-140 Approved: 7/22/2022
Case transferred to new jurisdiction (Buffalo, NY): 8/11/2022
New card is being produced: 10/11/2022
Received Wrong Item in our mail
We sent our concurrent petition two weeks ago, to Phoenix lockbox, last week they sent us mail returning "Articles of Clothing" that we never sent. They haven't sent email/text receipt acknowledging to have received our petition. Not sure how to reach USCIS, sent an email to lockbox support, they're yet to respond. The situation has caused some panic in our household, it's weird. How best can we approach such a situation to know if our petition has atleast been received? Thank you!

not sure which center my case went to. Receipt number starts with IOE. USCIS account shows estimated processing time of 3 more months. anyone know how accurate that is.
