I recently got approved for EAD in marriage case usually I heard people get one year approval card I got mine for two year …r they giving two years now?

Anyone knows that is the new policy from USCIS is correct or not? Because I saw in the website that after the pandemic, the medical exams has 4 years of validation. Is that true?

hello everyone.. I had paid in nvc and uploaded all my files. but today the 'pay now' button appears to be active on the nvc payment page. My documents are still submitted on the system, but I seem to have not paid. is this normal ?

I’m married to U.S citizen and my I-130 is in process. what’s the next step in this situation? can I apply for the green card once my I-130 approved or do I have to wait for year because of the asylum process?!
