it indeed is dual intent… just like H1b. there are multiple clauses under 214b like not able to demonstrate proof of category or strong ties… what’s applicable in your case?

it could be strong ties as i provided them all the necesaary documents related to H1b and employment. but are strong ties or immigration intent not relevent to this category becaue of its dual intent nature?
