there is no contact number for nbc .. you can contact uscis and schedule a tire 2 appointment they will call you within 72 hours if it’s emergency if not they will call you anytime in one month if you didn’t pickup your phone they will try one more time to reach out to you

ok thanks it’s been 5 months since I submit my application and did biometrics I did an expedite request they ask for proof which was faxed but I have not heard anything and it’s really stressful because I would really like to start working

try to ask through Emma at this situation it’s better to chat than call because they might call you in a month

I requested my expedite through Emma by live chat agent and same day they approved it I applied 10 months ago and received my EAD last month

I spoke to an agent yesterday he states there is no update since I fax the documents so I will just wait for a week or two. If I don’t get a response by that time I will request the appointment.

they didn’t ask me for any evidence to send I just chatted with them and requested the expedite and after few hours I found the status changed to card is being produced

no all filed office backlogged now and they are processing the cases for the years 2019/ 2020and 2021 my filed office processing time status show that 80% of the cases done in 34 months
