Case Processing update for K1 visa Changed today

My heart literally just sank into my stomach. All of January, the case processing said 7 to 9.5 months and serving April 2021. Today it says 9 to 12 months and serving February 2021. I am July 2021. How is this happening? Before Covid-19 this used to take 3 months maximum. I am. roken right now😔😭😢

Has anyone had an info pass appointment which led to an interview on the spot?

International travel on advance parole for more than 30 days

Is it okay to travel on advance parole and live outside for 1-2 months. any experience? I heard that safest is to live for less than a month.

Birth certificate must be notarized?? mine has English on it. HELP

Help. Got a request for evidence, it’s asking for a copy of my birth certificate, which I did include one in my application submitted. Although, my birth certificate was not notarized, but, it’s in both English and Chinese. Do I still need to have it notarized?! isn’t the whole point of that is to have it in English? The birth certificate is legal already. It will take a long time and very complicated for me to get it notarized. worried that if they will deny my case cuz of it. 😫😫😫😫

I have filed for asylum I 589 in June 2020. Fingerprint in October 2020 and 7June 2021 I filed for EAD which I haven't received yet. Now I would like to know if I can also apply for advance parole (travel document ) while it's pending. I must make clear that I don't have interview date yet and the travel document is not to go to my country of persecution. Thank you for your helpful answers.

in form 130 there’s a question about Beneficiary’s code which is supposed to be category number so what i have is C08 . bit there’s no this number as option from drop down! what i should do please?

Green card after EAD approval

hey Guys, do u have any idea about how much time USCIS will take for green card after EAD approval. mine case EB3 skilled worker , EAD approved 26th Jan 22 and case received date 27th Aug 21 and Bio done on 8th October (NBC service center)
