INCORRECT PRIORITY DATE ON I-140 RECEIPT NOTICE
Hi Everyone,
I received my I-140 receipt from my employer FEB-28-2022. It has the priority date of NOV-19-2019. But My PREM approval was NOV-19-2020.
My employer told me, my original priority date was nov-19-2020. They entered one year less. These issues will be corrected.
Questions:
1.) Can someone please help me, with the I140 180 days rule(AC21). is considering my actual i140 approved date(FEB-28-2022). or else will there be a PD corrected date?
2.) Can I change employers after 180 days without a PD Date corrected? Will my new employer correct the date?

My PD is 09/07/21 and I have active review since 02/19/22. How long does it take to get approved? and how will I know when I would be under a second active review?
This is so frustrating. 😞

VAWA Is Stressful!
I’m now 2 years one month since I filed my VAWA on February 19, 2020. I did file concurrently and biometrics done 4 prima facie notices received , but no approval yet, I’m completely upset!
I later filed for EAD category c9 on April 21, 2021 since the c31 category was taking forever and waiting for the VAWA to be approved first. I got receipt notice for the EAD c9 and since then, I’m almost 11 months no updates. What’s USCIS’s intention for doing this, what’s USCIS up to?😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏 I did two expedited request through my representative and senator office, it got denied on grounds that my case was pending being assigned to an officer for processing. This is not the America 🇺🇸 I expected! 😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏

I’m an Asylee . I lost my job a month a ago , Today I went to the SSA To get unrestricted SSN. I provided my original Asylum granted letter. they refused me . I told them to verify through EOIR system, they don’t even know that. I showed them downloaded copies from official social security website what documents needs for Asylees and how to verify.

today make it 11 month I had my second stroke interview in dallas up till now nothing . already contact the senator and rep the same answer keep wating and I don’t have money to sue them sue to losing my job and looking for new job . my wife very supportive we already try and try we don’t know what to do again . because am depressed and stress . me and my wife no any criminal record we both have clean record the same age and still they keep us wating forever. just don’t know what to do again we both seems tired of uscis right now . they told us 120 days after second interview and now it 11 month no decision.
