hi everyone,
so I had a really bad experience while going on Emma and asking to talk to a live representative.
once a got through it took like 15 min for the agent to answer my question and when she didn’t even actually answer my question she just disconnected right before I could say something…
I felt like the agent really didn’t care and was in a rush to do something else…
is there a way to talk to an officer or….
i just don’t know why they are so rude…
Denial case before.
If your I-30 was denial for not filling out the form properly, you didn’t give up, you re-apply again but this time you filled out the form well and attached all required documents. since USCIS has your information before, can you second time applying for benefits speed up your processing time? Especially if your receipt number start with IOE.

I want to encourage all vawa applicants still waiting for our decision and on this platform I know how we feel… Let’s not give up, we are future Americans and our dreams will come through, we’ve been through lots of trauma and this backlogs don’t make it any better, but God will come through for us soon.. let’s belief🙏🏽💕

hey guys. just got this update that a new EAD card is being processed. what should I expect after this? how soon do I get the actual card after this update?
