USCIS agents
hi everyone,
so I had a really bad experience while going on Emma and asking to talk to a live representative.
once a got through it took like 15 min for the agent to answer my question and when she didn’t even actually answer my question she just disconnected right before I could say something…
I felt like the agent really didn’t care and was in a rush to do something else…
is there a way to talk to an officer or….
i just don’t know why they are so rude…

half the time they done know anything, some of them don’t care. try Infopass maybe that will help

My experiences are not so different either. I have been trying my chances to come across somewhat a nicer agent, but no luck so far. Even worse, I made multiple requests for a Tier 2 agent to call me such that I explain my situation better. When I finally had a phone call with one of them, without even listening, she repeated everything written on USCIS' website like a parrot. And when I tried to ask some questions regarding my case, the answer I got was always "this is at USCIS' discretion". I lost all my hope at this point honestly.

@alex is different than Emma. When you use the word info-pass, you will transfer to a real agent. However, you must have all your information ready because he/she will ask you for your A-number, your address, your cellphone number, and your case number if you have any.

sorry to hear that , they re inhuman, they don’t care about us at all , they approve people submit after you , when you ask they said cuz of backlog and covid19 , how to expect a logical and respectful response from them , I hope the best for you

I had the same experience with their agents, last time I tried to expedite online agent was rude and kept asking me - what do you want, and then submitted my expedite request without waiting for me to type all my reasons so my expedite was denied.

@aimana I noticed that they approve people that submitted after… I don’t understand why? is it because of the country they are from?
