Two RFE notification pls help

Hi all we received two RFE notification one on 15 nov and another 16 November. we have received one notice yet. are these same or two different notice were sent? we have been already two RFE after our interview in June 2024 this is the third and fourth one. How long and what is taking so long? I just hope we get the approval soon.

My priority date is 21 June 2023, can I now go ahead and file my l-485 or do I need to wait until my priority date. please help me
