i filed August 30 2024, and got Approved February 20 2025. (My case is one of the later ones in the batch) But they’re currently somewhere around mid September

from my understanding the ranks and percentages are given during the period of filing so ours won’t be the same

mine reads from 8 nov 2024 to 6 Dec 2024 and I am in mid Nov so hoping for the best. it seems September cases are receiving attention so let’s pray 🙏🏽

I have 53% of receiving the case was approved notification and my estimate time of approval is the same 241 days

68.7 approval rate and 20.4 RFE rate

i was 119th of 267 now on lawfully it sayd 1 new case was added and was placed ahead of me. now im 120th of 268. i filed my i130 august 2024 and it was received and notice sent sept 20 2024. i am a us citizen and wife out of us and we’re married

@kevin medina hello! I actually stopped paying attention at that, I was checking the CaseStatusExt.com page every day haha in the section of “The Lucky Ones” comparing they’re recived date with mine

@Lianys Coronado it’s funny because now i check That and they have started working on cases with my date

@kevin medina yeah haha I know they are working on the oct cases so soon enough will be your turn, and check every day on the USCIS case status page bc I found out my case was approved in their actual page and later that day I received the notification on this app.
