PD 10/25/23 marriage based AOS already in the US and according to emma my case was entered into queue to schedule for interview on August 2nd of this year in san jose FO. anyone know about how long its taking to schedule green card interviews??

hello guys my RFE medical for I-485 delivered and pick up one week ago but still not get response from uscis ! still showing RFE request and it’s they send me RFE on nov 19th it’s one month now ! please let me know how long it’s take to get response from uscis thank you field office: Los Angeles county and I send medical to there!

Hello Everyone, I am a Greencard holder. I applied for my wife and submitted I-131 form back in January 2023 and just received RFE last month and I responded to that RFE and the case has just approved in December 2024. she does not live in the US and the case has been sent to department of state. does anyone know what would be the next step?
