consular processing to adjustment of status
my EB1A is approved. priority date is 9 dec.2022. I have chosen consular processing. I am in India now. Can I now visit US on visitor visa and opt for adjustment of status and apply for EAD?
is it legally ok to do so?
please guide.

you’re eb1a visa is approved? then you can travel with your visa you need to apply for your adjustment of status ideally and then apply for your EAD you could do it concurrently as well

you priority date is not yet current for filing for I 485. check visa bulletin for March and April and meanwhile get an attorney consultation
