UPDATE. Nov 15th I have recieved letters about receiving my package, no biometrics needed and extension letter for 48 months. As of right now case is being actively reviewed so Ill let it be because it will take them years.. with you all good 🤞 hey guys, I applied for I-751 on November 1st. i checked the USPS package and they got it on Nov 3rd...I read that people get text or at least something that they have recieved it🤔I haven't received anything,yet

Good morning everyone,I trust we all are doing great amidst the stress of waiting for approvals? please I need to ask a question in case anyone knows,after you are approved of I-765, how long did it take for your card to print and also to get to you? I was approved on the 6th of November for my EAD, I want to know how long I ha to wait until it is printed. Thank you all, I wish all of us speedy approvals.
131 went from case decision back to attend biometrics if necessary
Hi, I just looked at my USCIS account and under my tab for the 131, my progress, it had said for a very long time that the current step was case decision.
Now it is saying attend biometrics if needed. Has anyone ever had this happen? I know the current times in it are unreliable.
My Social Security shows a card was produced today. Very happy about that.

I-765 approved in 30 days
I’ve worked with Employment-based immigration and this is one of the fastest I’ve seen a work permit under c(9) approved. I had a work permit valid for a year after finishing my studies (opt). I don’t know if having a previous one had something to do with the fast processing of my current one under employment based immigration. On day 30 it was approved, on day 36 the card was mailed.
update 11/14/2024: I got my wp in the mail arrived in 2 days since they sent it and validity is of course, 5 years (stops being valid after getting the GC).

Hi All.
US citizen applying for Spouse, Texas Service Center.
When I submitted my I-130 in Aug 2023, it showed me “Actively Being Reviewed” within a month of submission. Time showed “2 Months,” but I’m well aware that means nothing.
As expected, 2 months later it showed “Taking longer than expected.” Now, nearly 15 months later, its showing “4 months” again, without any new “actively being reviewed” notification. I saw many people with the same or later PD in August getting approvals/notifications now. Why would my time suddenly change without “actively being reviewed?” Any advice? TIA!
