Case Processing
FINALLY!
After four years in the US, a failed process, an abusive marriage and thousands of dollars thrown to a bad lawyer I’m finally getting some good news!
Best of luck for everyone who’s just applying, it takes time but good times come for those who wait.

question!! 🙋♀️
for people who got their i-130 approved, may i ask if i-824 and i-485 were mentioned in your approval notice? because i thought my i-130 is a standalone and i don't need to file i-824 (since im outside the us) but i think there's a mistake. or is it just a generic template? #ir2 #approvalletter #approved #i130 #i-130 #nvc

Filed July 7,2023. Still no response from USCIS. USC filing for spouse.
It has been a long 21 months since I filed for my wife, i am now starting to lose patience as my case is welll beyond the (recently updated 16.5 months) timeline. I have no updates, case isn’t even yet in a Actively review mode. Don’t know what to do!

NVC document
I have a ongoing issue that I am been trying to fix for almost a month. All of my other documents have been accepted except for one. They keep saying that it's invalid and to upload the document separately. I cannot upload the document separately because it is the tax and w2 form. Did this happen to anyone else?
