Hello everyone, I have been hearing online from immigration attorneys that with the new presidency, ALL marriage cases are recieving GC interviews again, regardless of the amount of evidence. Is this true? I have been happy to see a lot of December 2023 approvals recently and it doesn't seem like everyone is going through the interview process. I am interested to hear others' experience!

for the people that has a spouse in another country that going through there green card processing I know everybody situation is different but my husband lives in Africa that’s where his from but he lost his passport and they are taking forever to get it done if he does not have pass in his interview what will happen? when I say I’m not worry I would be lying be I’m stressed out I don’t know what going to happen if something goes wrong

Those on removal proceedings and had vawa approval. how long does it take to have immigration judge response after you apply for motion to terminate or recalender . especially with the new administration. I’m told they got rid of pd request.

how do I k ow what field office to put down when my recipes number starts with ioe it doesn’t give you for that

I and my husband went to interview 6months ago but never got an update until now saying interview canceled on I130 and i485. from case is been reviewed on i485 to interview cancel after 6month. please dose any one have an idea what might cause this? or anyone with same experience. please help.

Hello, Recently I have submitted my EB5 application on March 13 2025. I have received receipt notice for I-526E on March 24th but I didn’t get receipt notices for I-765 and I-131. How long does it take to get receipt notices for I-765 and I-131? Thank you.

Hello lawfully family, my EAD and AP got approved on february 28th got just the 5 year EAD in mail no combo card and i'm still waiting for AP last status say's case was approved anyone in same position please update.....

When we filed adjustment status, we were married a little over a year. this coming May will be married for 3 years and our case is still processing . upon approval of the green card. Will we still get a two-year conditional green card or the 10 year?
