Dear Lawfully Community,
My green card is file through employer. Please see attached my timeline. my biometric appointment was on 26th of Nov but since I am traveling to TX so I went to FO Raleigh on 15th of Nov and ask if they can take my biometric early which they did. it has been a week my status for I 485 is still showing that ""Fingerprint fees has been received"" which should be changed by now. Any idea what's going on and how much more time it will take to change the status.

Hey all, I spoke with an agent through Emma they are scheduling a tier 2 call for my husband. I’m so confused I asked if his 485 has been sent to field office yet and they said..
“hisi485 was fulfilled on 04/30/2021, but their is no response in their system.”
what does that even mean the last thing we have is that our biometrics was applied back on Aug 4 2020
pd is may 4 2020.

The address we have on file matches what you verified above. The only status updates that can be shared with the applicant/petitioner are updates that require the applicant's/petitioner's participation, such as appointments or notices. All other status updates are internal information that the *applicant/petitioner is not privy to, and cannot be discussed with you.* The last status update we can share with you is case reassigned to new jurisdiction on **10/29/2020.** This does not mean that the case is not progressing, it merely means that it is going through steps that cannot be disclosed to you. Aside from that, your case is currently processing normally with no issues. You can get an idea of how long it will take to process your case from the processing time table available on our website at [egov.uscis.gov/processing-times](https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times). If your receipt date is before the “Receipt date for a case inquiry", you can submit an e-request at [egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do](https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do). The Field Office is the location that has final decision jurisdiction over your case, thus is the location used to determine the processing times for your case.
