Annoyed with a convo I had with an EMMA agent just now.
The address we have on file matches what you verified above. The only status updates that can be shared with the applicant/petitioner are updates that require the applicant's/petitioner's participation, such as appointments or notices. the first time I tried to talk to a live agent, they ended the chat without even answering my questions. the second time I tried, which was the next day, I got someone more helpful. sometimes you have to try again until you get someone more helpful.

that's very strange, if you call USCIS they tell you how, when and were your case is. l would call again.

immigration issues have become so conveluted over the years, it very frustrating and confusing for those of us applying. don't worry yourself over too much, most of us are in the same situation as yourself.
