renewal or first time? I applied my renewal on april 15th, not approved yet.

applied 2/9, nothing. mine is a renewal under AOS. I-140 NIW remains pending since March 2020. everything sucks.

mine is renewal as well. applied the renewal on July 2021 my eb2 niw is pending since June 2020

I have seen EAD approvals coming from NBC but not from Texas. so frustrating. I don’t know what’s going on 😩

Absolutely zero EAD’s being approved at Texas - unbelievable. For a process to move from 5-6 months in March to 10.5 to 12 in November is ridiculous. Will the times go up again this month, or come down?

I really hope they will work out in something to solve this big issue for millions of people by the end of the year at least. it is unacceptable
