I’m beyond happy this morning I received a text message/ email as well that’s USCIS has taken action. The approval was on my documents tab 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 PD sept 26 2023 Actively reviewing Oct 11 2023 Today January 17th second actively reviewing & APPROVAL as well. Vermont Service Center. I was beginning to loose hope but this happened, I’m so grateful and happy 😊 I hope one day soon everyone recieves thru approval 😊😊 Gracias mi San Juditas 🙏🏼 Also any advice what exactly happens after approval or how long does it take? Will there be an interview etc any advice I will very much appreciate 😊😊

AOS Approved: Sharing My Journey and Hope for Others

After almost 10 months, my GC has been approved! I’m married to a U.S. citizen, and we are a same-sex couple with a significant age difference, which I believe might be the reason we were selected for an interview. Our interview was on 1/14, and the officer was incredibly kind. At the end of the interview, she said, “I believe you, and I don’t see any issues. I will approve you now.” Hearing those words, I was overwhelmed with relief and couldn’t help but cry. This journey has been so difficult, especially as my father, who lives in Taiwan, was diagnosed with cancer. I’ve been longing to go home to see him. The AOS process is truly challenging, but this moment made it all worth it. To everyone still waiting, I wish you all the best and hope your approvals come soon! #ApprovedGC #SameSexMarriage

Hi, im filing for renewal of i131 by myself. In the new i131 form, should I choose application type 5.A “a pending form i485….” or H “being a current parolee under INA section 212d5” given it is a renewal?

Travel Experience with Advance Parole

Listen! If you plan on traveling with your advance parole please use it and go see your family back home. I had amazing experience and was glad to see my family again after 6 long years. I travelled from JFK through Qatar to Nigeria, I didn’t have any issues at all and on my return I went through passport control and was taken to secondary inspection, no questions were asked and my passport was stamped as paroled until 2026.

case terminated what does this mean

what does this mean? i485 pending , applied for travel and work permit renewal. checked online status says" case terminated, we reviewed your case and denied it, check the notice" . however no notice is been received yet.
