uscis sent my ead to the wrong adress

USCIS sent my EAD to a wrong address. I have never been in Ohio and they sent my EAD to Cleveland I talked with Emma and she said that I need to send all p the documents and start again all the process. Is it that true?

Premium Processing case is eligible for pre-certification

Has anyone seen “Premium Processing case is eligible for pre-certification” as status for H1 extension case? My case is with Nebaraska center and it has been 3 plus months that i have been seeing this status. My understanding was that it is just mentioning that my case can be moved into premium as it fulfills the criteria. Any guesses or if someone has seen this before; Please share your experience.

My mother's i485 (AOS) was sent to NVC incorrectly. what do I do? when will NVc send the case back to USCIS for AOS?
