Nebraska takes over a year

so their Processing timeline for I 130 is not accurate? it says 3.5 to 7 months

nabraska is UpTo 123.5months for i-130 as stated to me by USCIS agent yesterday.

Make sure your case is being processed by Nebraska. Sometimes they make mistake about that. Best way to find out is by calling and speaking with an agent. If you filled up in August 2021, you may still need to wait a few more months. Are you a US citizen or LPR?

hi @Victor V I'm a US Citizen and my wife is in the Philippines. I just asked thru EMMA and i was able to get a hold of a representative and said its still in Nebraska. Every twice a month im asking since we filed and its consistent theyre saying its in nebraska

I filed 6/3 - got an “actively being reviewed” status 11/2. Nebraska Svc Ctr. Still waiting…

@Gelo B, For I-130 in Nebraska they are still processing cases on April 2021. If you filed on August, you still have 3-4 months of waiting.

@Victor V yeah but i could see some who are getting approved with the same case I 130 who filed July then there also CR1 beneficiaries getting approved just few months but the case is in Cali so i guess what we can see on the Service Centers Timelines are not really accurate.

@V RO your case should be getting closer to the decision time. When my case showed me “Actively being reviewed”, I got a decision 15 days later. This is not accurate and it’s based on each case but I’m pretty sure it’s getting closer.

Hold in there guys. it is coming, you need to be patient. USCIS is unpredicted and again, it all depends on your case and each circumstance behind each case. Just wait within the timeframe posted in the website and you should be in the right path.
