a v … it’s crazy that I barely see people from New Jersey on here. Are they processing the cases way too slow or there are not a lot applicants?. But if there is not a lot applicants, why is it taking so long? Idk but this waiting time is annoying.

I believe they have huge backlog

tell me about it- I tried to expedite my travel document and guess what it’s been almost a month and I didn’t hear it back from them…

Adebayo… Receipt date for a case inquiry is October 22,2019 for family based green card. So you’re outside of normal processing time, you can submit a service request for your case. I don’t know how to do that, if you can do it own your own or you need a lawyer, but you need to do something right now. Are you here in America right? I think you need to find a lawyer to help you better with this!!

heard NJ is backlogged and have been sending cases to NY. saw a few people got their n400s sent to NY. I was sent to NY for my i551 stamp
