i am losing patience and concerns are growing growing growing... Any NIW 140 filers (TEXAS) with the similar timeline? cases spiked Oct2020 n I understand but this drives me crazy. need mindful support from fellow filers.... Have any heard that the later the higher approval--like that??lol

I am so worried about that. i knew some cases that they are denied due to fingerprint not taken even though they did. So can you help me how to ask emma to confirm that uscis received my fingerprint? Biometrics
Hello, I received the letter for Biometrics appointment.
I have submitted concurrently: I485, I765 and I131.
In the letter for the Biometrics appointment is only mention Adjustment of Status, nothing regarding EAD or AP.
Will this Biometrics be valid for the three of them or I will have to go back for more Biometrics?

Expedite request
I tried to expedite my case since my wife health condition has worsen over the period of 4-5 months. The first request was denied as I believe I could explain it well to the live agent. I tried to expedite it the second time, the live agent did not expedite it saying that it will get denied again if you request for the same cause. I am not sure how would it be possible for me to explain and expedite my case
