We have taken an action to your case
I received an email from USCIS saying
"We have taken an action to your case" but when I checked online, there's no changes at all. My status is still saying "Case is received and receipt notice was sent". Some people saying that when they get that email, they get approved few days after but it's been 2 weeks and no changes at all.
Anyone have the same experience?

Feels like I-485 is taking longer than it should
My I-140 was approved through premium processing followed by a concurrent submitting 131 and 485. EAD and PT came through within 45 days with priority date May 28, 2024. Biometrics came through super fast however I’ve now been waiting for the 485 to be approved for 392 days.
Is this normal and how would I follow up on the delay or get the 485 moving forward … it hasn’t had a change for over a year now.

After i730 interview in new delhi
After the I-730 interview at the New Delhi USCIS office, the officer didn't say anything about whether our application was approved or not. However, they kept our passports and told us we would get them back in a few weeks."
Anyone in the same situation? is it approved or not?

AFTER VAWA APPROVED.
How long after vawa approved does it takes for me to get my greencard in hand? The waiting period is too much to bear. Lord help us!
