After our interview
After our interview this morning, we got a letter stating that your case is being held for review at this time and that we would he getting a notice in mail because we were short of two documents which was a latest medical document and a previous lease agreement. Has anyone had the same situation like me and if so whats the outcome?
EB1-C pending since 14 months
I would have never expected for this to take to long. very straightforward case L1A to EB1-C, ROW (EU), concurrently filled and I-140 approved in 40 days (Premium).
I-485 is on actively reviewing since May 2024 after biometrics.

Looking for Immigration Attorney Recommendations in Florida
Hi everyone,
I’m wondering if you have any attorney recommendations for a family-based green card application in Florida. I’m particularly interested in working with Attorney Saman Gonzalez because I’ve heard great things about her and believe her firm is one of the best. However, I’m not sure about her fees or whether she offers a payment plan.

After I got an interview date for my N400 on Feb 12th 2025 for March 20th 2025 and the appointment was cancelled 7day before my interview and is been 9months I haven’t been rescheduled yet.
After I got an interview date for my N400 on Feb 12th 2025 for March 20th 2025 and the appointment was cancelled 7day before my interview and is been 103 days today I haven’t been rescheduled yet. it’s so frustrating and please has anyone has this kind of issue before, meanwhile have call agent like 2 times, their response is am still in timeline that I just have to wait till I get a new date.
