The only 1 thing I’m worried about is…
What if USCIS officer asks me why I’m not working for my sponsor?
I have worked for 2 years and then quit and moved out to another state. PD = 06/21/2021
Any ideas what to say in this situation please?

I worked my sponsor 2023 and 2024. Afterthat I can’t work till now.if you have w2 , past paystubs and active job verification letter, you are good to fine.

@Alex brown yeah I have 2 years of work history and all docs such as W2 and paystubs I asked BDV as well but they’re busy finding new clients

My EAD was expired and the sponsor asked me to provide new EAD or GC till that I can take break from work. So I moved to relatives house and informed sponsor that I’ll return to work after GC approval so I can stay and work permanently.
