Should I proactively send USCIS new VAWA evidence, or wait for them to issue an RFE or hopefully an approval?
filed my VAWA I-360 back in August 2021 and responded to an RFE that December, but it’s still pending. I’ve now got new psych notes and witness letters. Should I send this extra evidence to USCIS now, or just wait for another RFE or hopefully an approval? I’m honestly nervous and anxious. Looking back at my files, I see my psychiatrist talked about my mental health but didn’t really detail the abuse from my ex—it’s more about my miscarriage, family deaths, and other trauma. I’m worried they won’t see him as the main source of the abuse. What’s the smarter move here?
