how did you feel about the first interview? when did you take it?

@find eb first interview was April 2024. it was as like same 2nd interview. they just checked everything again.

how stupidly the system works! what’s the status after the first interview and second interview? Both are “case must be reviewed”?

the only explanation may be that you are from a sensitive country or your name is same as someone who is on the FBI CIA watching list

Did your file moved to NBC after your first interview or was it in the local FO all the time? I had my 1st interview in 2023 and 2nd interview 3 months ago and i am 2 months behind, my pd to be current. And my file is still in local FO

@MZ A I also think so, after interview officer told everything looks good, even we submitted medical and recent paystubs and job verification letter as week. I didn’t change employer. I don’t know what kind of RFE is that? Surprisingly me and my wife both are Issued RFE at a same time and date.

@Bill : ) not like that. Officer asked this question when you stopped school, I told after completion my degree I didn’t continue school even after 1 year filing I 485 application.

@MZ A yes, and they asking for 30 days extensions as well which I pretty sure that their tactics. Reason I dont have 2nd interview like @Alex brown bc I just had mine in Oct 25. yes our cases are in the same FO

@v 21 I will write down the details.I did mandamus that’s why they send I 485J because it’s just delay techniques from USCIS as my attorney said. it’s nothing serious.

@MZ A WAS is one of the slowest and busiest field office in northern part.

@Alex brown i hear you man. Kansas City FO is no different. there are many applicants waiting moreover than 3 months now. not a single approval that I know of, thinking about mandamus too.

@MZ A that office has some conflict with all BDV clients I think so.

@Alex brown Kansas City FO is looking for unnecessary reason to deny. one of the guy was asked for his university assignments and attendance rfe. And later denied his green card.

@R S just wow 😮. when did he get his interview done? how was his interview? because some People had a very tough interviews than the others.

i also posted in one of the thread as well, one guy got his denial too, just because work experience on LC and and form I485 didn’t match. on his LC, under work experience he stated “No Work History”, while on I485, he mentioned all his work history. due to this reason his case got rejected on the basis of misrepresentation. @sharmeen moona @R S

@Appa Appa mine was also delivered yesterday morning, I didn’t get any update yet. My mandamus attorney will contact us attorney to contact USCIS about my case update. I have deadline March 06 to get decision from USCIS.

Mine supposed to be in March but when they sent me the rfe the attorney told me that uscis asked for 30 days extension which will let them have until Apr. I am not sure if the uscis is granted the extension or not. Havent heard that from the mandamus attorney
