Just landed at JFK with AP
The process was mostly the same, but for the first time I was asked additional questions—driver’s license, eye color, hair color, height, weight, marital status, and address. Normally, secondary inspection at JFK is in the same room, but this time I was called to a different room in the same area. There, they took my fingerprints, measured my height, and took my picture.
I asked the officer if this was a new procedure, and he confirmed it has recently changed and will now be done at every entry. I also asked if there’s a limit on using Advance Parole, and he said as long as it hasn’t expired, you can make multiple entries without issue.
They were polite and nothing extra happened.
485 Supplement J With Business Annual Income Blank
i140 has been apporved. But when filling 485 supplement J, the HR is not comfortable to share business gross annual income nor net annual income, so the boxes are left blank in thr form. If I keep filing it, will it be almost certain to get RFE? Any real-life cases here?

slow down my approval?
I know this is crazy...
What can I do to delay my approval? My priority date is 09/27/2023 and I already got my EAD and Advance Parole but I don't want my I485 approved yet until at least December.
Why? You might ask... I am currently on H1b and will be getting married to my partner who lives abroad at the end of the month. My plan is to have them come to the US on H4 and then adjust theit status....
So at this point, what can I do to delay uscis? Withdraw?

processing time after interview.
Guys,
I did my interview on September 26, 2025. I am still waiting for a decision for my Green card approval.
I just want to see what is the processing time after the interview, My field office is San Francisco.
Priority date, December 6, 2022.
Please let me know if someone has a similar case in San Francisco and can share with me their processing time After the interview is done.
