Hola,envié mi I-824 en abril y mi fecha es 04/22/24 ,hace 3 dias cambio a que mi nombre fue actualizado y yo no envie que lo cambiarán solo envie la 824 para poder traer a mi hija ya que es mi derivada en mi caso pero fuera de 🇺🇸,, sera que pronto me van a probar o que significa?Gracias.

hello I recently became a us citizen and I’m currently in the process with my husband. has anyone gone through the adjustment of status on their i130 from LPR TO Citizen?
I’ve already sent in request to uscis about a week ago but not sure how long it takes for them to update the system & if I will get notified once they do. thanks!

Hi everyone,
I received my SS card not long ago but it says “for work only with authorization from dhs”, I was wondering if it was possible to acquire a drivers license with that SS card still? I’ll be starting work soon and my wife won’t be able to drive me around all the time so I’m hoping to get a drivers license soon.

Fun Fact, I got this as a text about two weeks ago.
USCIS: Your case was received. Receipt # IOE.. Official Receipt Notice. meanwhile I did my biometric a month before this msg. even though they sent case is actively being reviewed, few minutes after taking the biometric.

RFE for I360
The RFE asks for more proof of good moral character. I already sent them the FBI clearance with my package and proof that I'm volunteering in the community. I'm guessing that wasn't enough? Do I still need to add the state clearance and some peer letters?
BTW, the state clearance is so hard to get because my passport is expired and I don't have any other form of ID. The police department accepted it last year for the fingerprint card I sent to the FBI, but they said that it was ok since it had expired just a few months prior. Now it's been a whole year and I don't think they'll accept it. Any advice?

Guys, I filed on July 11/2023, and I got notified on August 19/2023 that my “Case is being actively reviewed”, since then I haven’t heard anything. everytime I chat with live agent they say same thing… “your case is processing normal”, I even have lawyer who doesn’t care to reply back. I don’t know how to get the answer. does anyone has the same situation? also, I’m a Us citizen and filed for my spouse who is out of the states.🥲
