Guys, I filed on July 11/2023, and I got notified on August 19/2023 that my “Case is being actively reviewed”, since then I haven’t heard anything. everytime I chat with live agent they say same thing… “your case is processing normal”, I even have lawyer who doesn’t care to reply back. I don’t know how to get the answer. does anyone has the same situation? also, I’m a Us citizen and filed for my spouse who is out of the states.🥲

I filled may 26 and got case being actively reviewed on June 2nd. it is progressing normally. it's about a 13 month wait currently so you should get a reply mid August

@ r s, please share the steps you used to get through to a live agent. My husband filed on Jan 2023 still awaiting approval.

@Blue Ivory go to Emma on website and type “live agent” then click on the live agent button once or twice and you’ll get connected to a person.

@Blue Ivory there is not much step! I filed on July 11/2023 and heard back on August 19 saying your case is being actively reviewed and. nothing since. 🤧

unfortunately, you just wave to wait longer. it take 12 to 14 months to review your case. I did everything possible to expedite my case but nothing worked. I was approved at 12 months. they are working on April 233 files now. my case was also at Potomac.

It's been 514 days since I filed— January 2023. I didn't send in the I130a form, and as a result, I received an RFE. It has been 146 days since I responded to my RFE.
