RFE for I360
The RFE asks for more proof of good moral character. I already sent them the FBI clearance with my package and proof that I'm volunteering in the community. I'm guessing that wasn't enough? Do I still need to add the state clearance and some peer letters?
BTW, the state clearance is so hard to get because my passport is expired and I don't have any other form of ID. The police department accepted it last year for the fingerprint card I sent to the FBI, but they said that it was ok since it had expired just a few months prior. Now it's been a whole year and I don't think they'll accept it. Any advice?

Also, my biometrics appointment is tomorrow for I360 and I485. If they're doing that now, isn't it redundant that I'm going to get another state clearance on my own?

if you don’t have a valid id proof get your passport renewal on urgent category. They will use your biometric for thier need to process you forms. you getting clearance is separate and you should do it if you need to. Provide all these clearances and affedevit if you can.

I can't renew my passport because I have to send the passport to my country (Madagascar) and I do not want to be without any form of ID. My passport renewal cannot be done here in USA.

adding to good moral character evidence you can add you taxes files, letters of people that know you, and letters from the church etc

they need someone who knows your and your spouse you may ask friends, pastor and any American friend who will write good things about you,. They must notarized, I did mine In April and it was approved in May

When I did mine, passport has expired but my lawyer said I should renew it as soon as possible. I did it in November 2023 and sent it to her immediately.
