Hello, has anyone else received an I-130 notification saying there are 3 weeks left until a decision? Perhaps it was less than that, or the timeframe was just right? It's been coming down for over a year, and now it says there are 3 weeks left. It was also submitted along with the I-485. How positive is it that both applications will be approved, given that they were submitted almost 4 years ago?
13 meses esperando Cita Embajada 🇺🇸 en 🇩🇴
Dios mió pero este proceso con la embajada de 🇺🇸 en 🇩🇴 parece eterno Jesús, un desastre total este año 2025 para ellos con los casos IR/CR es bastante abuso tener que esperar 14 meses por una cita.
Entrarán al 2026 con bastantes casos rezagados del 2024 de octubre a diciembre lo que posiblemente les tome 3 meses o mas del 2026, para mi seguirán aumentando sus tiempos de 14 hasta llegar quien sabe si a 24 meses con supuestamente una visa disponible que parece mas invisible que otra cosa.
Realmente nunca habia visto una embajada tan desastrosa y con un manejo operativo tan abusivo y negligente, quiera Dios que los miles de inmediatos que tenemos nuestra vida parada, los planes a futuro en stop y nuestras familias lejos de nosotros, podamos recibir esa cita lo mas breve posible porque la embajada de 🇺🇸 en 🇩🇴 esta peor que la de Juárez mil veces.

San Francisco Field Office desicion after interview
I completed my EB3 green card (I-485) interview on September 26, 2025, at the San Francisco Field Office.
During the interview, the officer mentioned that I would receive a response within a week, but it has now been more than 100 days, and I still haven't heard anything from USCIS.
I'd like to ask if anyone else who had their interview at the same office has received a decision yet, and how long it took for USCIS to respond.
also someone know when i can submit a congress inquiry or an outside process time inquiry to UCIS.
My priority date is December 6, 2022, under the "All Other Countries" category. meaning that my date is ready go receive approval.
Withdrawing a VAWA Petition After RFE Response - Implications with a Pending EB2 NIW AOS
I have a pending VAWA (I-360) petition where I already responded to an RFE, but the decision is taking a very long time.
My situation is a bit specific: I also have an approved EB2 NIW petition, and my I-485 adjustment of status application from that NIW is currently pending.
My questions for the community are:
1. Is it possible to voluntarily withdraw my VAWA petition at this stage, after having submitted the RFE response?
2. What are the potential implications of doing this, especially since I have a separate green card application (I-485) already in process based on my EB2 NIW?
3. Could withdrawing the VAWA petition affect my pending I-485 or any future immigration applications?
If anyone has gone through a similar situation or has insights on the procedural and strategic aspects, I would greatly appreciate your advice.
EAD taking too long
hello everyone, I’ve never commented on this community before but I use it to track my cases. my I-765 has been on the same update for almost 5 months now and I really don’t know what to do as I need to start working. I sent an expedite on November 13, 2025 and got it denied on November 20th for “not enough evidence” my question is should I reach out to my senetaors or just start looking for work without authorization…
