Any EAD Renewals Filed in Dec 2023? -Pending Vawa since 2021.

Hey fam, just checking in if anybody had filed renewal for EAD from Dec 2023 ( under pending VAWA) received their card yet? my biometrics have not even been applied yet. Do you guys know how long renewals take? thank you!

actively reviewed 1 week after submission

hello everyone, my husband filed I-130 online last Friday. this morning the status changed to being actively reviewed. does this mean anything? I am also concerned because we mailed the rest of the forms (I-485, I-765, I-131) this week but it hasn’t been received by USCIS yet for review concurrently with I-130.

how long do I wait after approval.

My VAWA application got approved about a month ago. I received my EAD category C31– and I am wondering how long after the approval do you hear from USCIS about applying for green card. I already have a pending green card application from my previous marriage.

My I485 got rejected because I did not get my green card by September 23 which is the end of the fiscal year. I submitted everything on time tho, and USCIS just never processed my case on time . what to do???

upgrade from F2 to IR1

hello everyone, my hubby got his citizenship, and I want to upgrade from F2 to IR1. to those who have done theirs, what did you do differently to make it faster. how long did it take for uscis to upgrade and approve I-485. my I-130 was approved last year, just waiting on I-485. USC consular processing UK

I am a USC and filed the I-130 for my UK citizen husband. we currently live in the uk and will be going through consular processing. I have been a resident of the UK for nearly 10 years. hopefully sooner than later will get a approval. Then it is on to the next hard part… proving I have the intent to domicile in USA. Anyone else in a similar situation?
