EB1A I-140 Approved!
Beyond excited to receive an approval without an RFE, particularly given the burden of proof for this sub-category!! So I'm very grateful because I fully recognize the benefits of an EB1A approval. At the same time, I can't help feeling a little resentful that despite climbing this very high wall to I-140 approval, the PD for India is not current!! It also looks like EB1A India and China have the had the most volatility of any of the EB categories by chargeability country over the last few years with dramatic foreward movements and equally disappointing regressions. Any insights from those of you who've been on this roller coaster to come out the other side? #eb1india #eb1backlog

@maulik s - yes, it was on the 15th calendar day but I was expecting some response by the end of that week anyway when the 15 business days for premium processing was due
