Renewal of Drivers license in Dallas Texas
Hi guys I recently went to DMV to renew my DL using my EAD form I-797 receipts though my receipt does not explicitly state the 180 days automatic extension but i do qualify for 180 days extension based on category A(10) but the lady at the window wanted a receipt that explicitly states the 180 days extension even though I showed hera copy of categories that qualify for 180 days extensions from USCIS website, please does anyone have any input that can help, btw I'm in Dallas Tx

Habia enviado dos anteriores y me los negaron a las 24 horas pero envie otro con mas evidencia hace 11 dias (marzo 21 le llego a la embajada) y no me han respondido. have anyone tried to expedite the immigration through military services? I’m considering the part time national guard service/work, one weekend a months + 2 weeks during summer. I heard this should be enough to become eligible to apply for n400.

my VAWA case is since 2019 September
Since 2019 Sept. my case got stuck and the last corespondent was in Jan 2022 . After I wrote a letter to the Senator of State today I received slightly updated.
“ We received your corespondence for Form I -360 bla bla bla . We are reviewing your corespondece , and we will send you a notice if we need something from you.”
Does anyone knows what is next ???????
I m on process for fourth EA card I send them last year additional RE.
Hopefully, is something positive. Almost 5 years waiting.
Vawa got denied
i submitted every evidence that i got still 😞😞 got denied 3n half years filed on dec 2020 waited for this one! i submitted response to the rfe which was sent on dec 2023 they sent more evidence that you lived with your spouse she use to live but she use to come home whenever she wants and be away for days and come back she took all the documents with her i had application recipt for the appartment i had our wedding photos and whatever i had submitted! I leased apartment for 1 year and then i moved out cause i was not financially stable during covid! i submitted our rental apartment application reciept this time which was the only proof of togetherness that i lived with her my friend affidavit that i and my wife use to live together and bank statements! my brief statement too this time still😞😞 why god ! guyzz what else can i do for an strong appeal and come over from this painful decision😞😞
