submit all the evidence for the acquisition you are making and file them with a properly drafted application explaining all in detail and back them with hard paper trail evidence.

even if you guys get a divorce he is still responsible for sponsoring you for the next 10 years, the i864 is a contract if you read it carefully, if he breaches the contract he can get in alot of trouble.

Get an attorney. If you can prove the abuse, it should be easy with a VAWA. U wouldn't need him
