is anyone from January 2023 still waiting for approval? I reached out to Uscis last week and I was told there is no time processing for stand-alone I-130 pending at a field office. And there is no way for me to reach the field office so I have to wait till the officer in charge make decision on my case. The waiting is killing me!!!😭😭😭
USCIS CHANGE THE DATE FOR THE RESPONSE TO MY RFE
hi guys I posted this before but not too many people respond , so my date for the respond on the rfe has change for August 28th to April 30th ! Does this mean they start working on my case again , is it a good sign ?? pls share you knowledge and experience . . thank you !! 🙏 🙏🙏
EAD Card been produced with out biometrics?
Is been exactly 6 months since I send Vawa with all the forms I-360, I-465, I-765, I-131 and I-601 my biometrics appoiment is this Friday May 10th but today I got a notice on my I-765 that my card is been produced I am confused because I have never had biometrics before do they will wait until my biometrics appoiment to produce my EAD card? and how long is the I-131 going to take after this.
