Finally Approved After Being Retrogressed
Sharing timeline for those waiting to get some info on timeline and give some hope. My EB3 skilled process was retrogressed last year and then became current in Jan bulletin. My PD was Feb 2022. Had to wait 2-3 months before i finally got the decision. Freedom finally 😭 .Good luck to all.

Dependent’s EAD+AP are approved; I’m still waiting
hello everyone,
my husband is expecting the combo card delivery today. I’m still waiting. We are also waiting for the RFE notice for I-485.
When we supmit the RFE response, would it be possible for me to receive the I-485 approval before EAD + AP?
Did anyone experience something similar?

so weird man, the last time I heard from the USCIS is in 2022 asking for RFE and submitted that. Never heard from them again. funnily now after two years I heard from them asking for another RFE which is for medicals.

I can finally say that my EB1A based green card petition was approved. Priority date porting really works! My EB1A PD is Sept 2022, and EB2 based PD is Nov 2020. Ny I485 receipt didnt include the previously retained PD, it showed Sept 2022. Based on April VB, my date was current (based on date porting). USCIS considered my previous date, and approved my petition.
