congratulations, I’m a 06/28/23 filer. I’m a USC and I was hoping they’d approve my case on time but nope, they moved past June and are now largely focused on July. I heard absolutely nothing from them and their support is a joke when you try to contact them.

Oh definitely, their support system is useless. I tried talking to an agent a few weeks ago twice unsuccessfully
