Case Processing
Final Action Date for June 2024 not change
From Oct 2023 -> June 2024 (9 months) = advance 2 months
Why this has to be slow? What the hell are they doing? what cases are they working on instead of us? Why do they have to be very slow like this? Why do I have to suffer from this shit? If they wait every 3 months for advancement they should at least advance 3 months also.
So shitty situation we are going through. I’m so sorry.

I131 Denial
Received a denial for my I131 stating that I was out of the country at the time they received the I131 application and they said I did not have a current Advance Parole at the time.
This isnt true though. I already had an Advance Parole that was current though and was leaving the country for work based on that. I believe USCIS made a mistake but I cannot appeal a denial as stated in their letter.
immediately submitted a new I131 application but processing times are now 22 months and i need the travel doc for work 🤦♂️ anyone run into these issues before?
USCIS
Vawa
Beginning April 1, 2024, we centralized the intake process for Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widowed, or Special Immigrant and related applications under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) for self-petitions of spouses, children and abused parents at the Service Center in Nebraska.
Previously, after we received and issued receipts for VAWA Forms I-360 cases at the Service Center in Nebraska, we transferred them to the Vermont Service Center to complete the intake process and mailed you a notification of transfer to self-petitioner VAWA. By implementing processing efficiencies at the time of application intake, we no longer need to transfer VAWA cases to the Vermont Service Center or send a transfer notification to self-petitioners.
This process update does not affect the filing location or adjudication of Form I-360 VAWA self-petitioners. VAWA self-petitioners must continue to file Form I-360 with the Nebraska Service Center, as described on our Form I-360 Filing Directions webpage. Officers from the USCIS Humanitarian, Adjustment, Removal of Conditions and Travel Documents Services Center who have specialized VAWA training will continue to adjudicate these cases.
