@rahma hassan I waited until I was 14.5 months, so I didn't have to receive an email saying that I was within the estimated time. I think you should wait 2 more weeks because they are still approving cases of your PD you're still within the normal time. To contact the congressman I went to govtrack.us and I typed the mail address of my husband because he's the petitioner and I got the Senators and Senator Junior for that state. The petitioner is the one that should write the congressman and sign. Then you choose the Senator you prefer and click on the link for his web site. Then you choose on the menu the option Help with a Federal Agency or government and there's gonna be more information and you look for a form to fill or an email to write a letter or maybe you have other options and choose Immigration, it's different depending on the Senator's web site. In my case I chose the senator junior and I found the link to fill a form: Digital Privacy Release form and it was easier but I've seen other Senator web sites you have to choose other options, you just have to figure it out.

@Yancy Ayala They respond that way always. But depending on the Senator USCIS responds quick or they take longer. and also depending on the case PD USCIS starts reviewing the case or they just say it's still within the processing time

@Paula Franco Aun no, es q yo empece a subirlos el viernes pasado osea el 20 de septiembre pero fue el sábado q pude subir el último q me estaba dando problemas para subirlo. Así q la fecha en que los subí cuenta como el sabado 21 y son 7 días que demoran en aprobar pero sábado no trabajan así q ayer no podía esperar q me aprobaran. Ya será el lunes espero q no me pidan q suba algo otra vez y q todo este bien

si porqué a mi me pidieron la acta de nacimiento de mi esposo y eso me atraso pero ya estoy completa

@Paula Franco Yo para evitar subí de todo. Todo lo q podia subir en Documentos Opcionales osea acta de nacimiento de mi esposo, sus actas de divorcio porq tiene 2. La hoja de datos biometricos de su pasaporte. Y la 1099. Y en mis Opcionales subí mi foto tamaño pasaporte, porq no me la pedía en los documentos principales pero la subi en los adicionales

si las acta se divorcio de ambos es necesarias yo no sabia de mi acta de divorcio yo soy la peticionaria y me la pidieron despues de aver revisado ellos todo por eso me atraso @Ivy VN espero y te aprueben pronto

@Paula Franco Ya me aprobaron hoy en NVC ya estoy DQ con fecha de septiembre q es lo q quería así la carta de la cita me llegaría en diciembre porq en mi país los grupos de citas son por mes y es a los 3 meses. De ahí desde la carta de la cita hasta la propia entrevista es un mes y medio más o menos
