485j status changed to "Case Was Reopened For Reconsideration"

I was shocked to see the 485j status changed to "Case Was Reopened For Reconsideration"
I never received any decision on the 485j, how is it possible to have this status without any prior decision?
Anyone in similar situation?
I-864 1040 issues
To whom ever can help,
My wife's co-sponsor is having issue obtaining her 1040 from IRS website, because she said she did a tax return amendment and it has not been processed, she has every other document and information required except the 1040.
Please, can we proceed with what she has been able to provide, or we should just wait till she's able to get her amended tax return (1040) from IRS. what other alternatives are available to address the unavailability of the 1040.
I have compiled every necessary document on the checklist for my application, the Co-sponsors 1040 is the only thing holding me back.

well… my family case is from sept 2020, (i485) and my vawa is from Feb 2022 approved by Oct 2023. I’m just tired of waiting… want to go home 🖤

I-131 US RTD , this is one of the worst nightmare documents ever issue by any respected country.
do not travel with this documents , it is a Hassel everywhere you go.
it tooks 2 years to be issue and it is valid for one year! the most weird thing on life.
all countries require 6 months availability in any documents , since you got this funny documents you need to rush for visa and tickets and planning trip, as you have no time to do it without losing your calm!
I wonder if US accepted refugee and did background check, why they make it for 1 year! this is ridiculous
plus no embassy accept this micky mouse travel documents and borders officers all around the world , looks at you as a scammer.
DO NOT USE IT , IT IS USELESS AND WORTHLESS!

Hi y'all,
I did my 2023 taxes with an H&R Block tax preparer (27 years in the business with ITIN license) who strongly advised me to file as "single" *which I did despite the fact that I explained to her that I was married, and my worries about it since going thru some immigration proceedings with my spouse. She said that when the spouse arrives to the US, the marital status could be amended. I filed as married for my 2022 taxes (got married in 2022), and applied along for an ITIN # (dft tax preparer) for my foreign national spouse living overseas, until today I never got that ITIN# from the IRS (I spare you the details of the sh!t show that I went thru with the IRS).
Do you guys think it might cause a roadblock at the NVC?
