Background check: Parking ticket, ordering weed online?
Does anyone have experience of what background check USCIS does? Specifically, with respect to having parking tickets which were promptly paid. Also, can ordering weed online and having it delivered to your apartment be a red flag? I live in a state where weed is legal? Can these two factors affect I485 application. Thanks for your comments

my expeidite was approved for my I-485. my I-130 was approved already with no interview. what are the chances I-485 will be approved with no interview? i no they have everything they need… i hired a lawyer to fix problem that was delaying I-485 and requested foia. how long do i wait to hear? they didnt give me a time frame, just that expedite was approved and they are going over my case now. its been almost 3 years of waiting i cant take anymore

Has anyone randomly been picked out to receive approval earlier than the expected wait time (about a year) without their case being expedited? Does anyone have experience with the embassy in the Netherlands and their wait times after approval from USCIS? Thanks for reading!

Finally Finally Finally. I get so say Its my turn. Thank you Lord! oh the wait was agonizing and painful. PD 23Sept 2022.
from submission in March to retrogression to pending to 12 months, then finally after dreaming of approval lastnight, to not checking the app all day to gettimg notification that new card is being produced. is the best heart exciting feeling ever.
imagine i was tempted to put in another service request last night and changed my mind. then dream about it and woke up mad when it was all a dream. to actually seeing the dream was a vision of whats to come. best feeling ever.

Green card approved today (05/30)!!! International travel planned next week
We are extremely happy that my husband’s (primary applicant) green card and mine appeared today as “Case was approved” in our USCIS account!! Our PD was Dec 22.
Also, I have an international trip planned next week, flying on 06/05. I have my EAD/AP card that was going to use for traveling. As I’m not expecting to get the GC before the trip, do you know if there is any problem on using EAD/AP with a GC approved?
